Course Description

The module helps in understanding entrepreneurship theory in relation to large and small business. It describes the key elements and defines potential barriers to successful entrepreneurship. It provides tools and methodologies (business model canvas, business plan) for analysing the market and its trends as well as the creation of new ventures and their sustainable operation.

1. Implement a business environment analysis.
2. Understand entrepreneurship theory and its unique characteristics.
3. Identify key elements of entrepreneurship and use tools for the planning of new enterprises.
4. Identify the ways for the venture creation and the various factors that influence its successful set-up and the sustainable operation.
